Kennedy Out

Dr. David Scott Kennedy, ruthless editor of The Presbyterian, "best known fighting fundamentalist journal," has just retired, at 70. Thereby he gives spiritual relief to many a good Presbyterian, especially to the pacific commission of 15 of the Presbyterian general assembly, whom Dr. Kennedy has viciously flayed for holding doctrines less stern than his own.
